At SPT Football, we want to ensure you have the perfect gear for your game. If your boots don't fit or you've changed your mind, you can return your items within 30 days of purchase provided they are in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unworn, in their original packaging with all tags attached, and were not purchased as a 'Final Sale' item.

  Submit Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return for a refund or exchange.

• 3.
  Pack and Post

  Securely package your items to prevent damage during transit and attach the shipping label provided or address it to our Melbourne warehouse.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 3-5 business days.
